One of South Africa’s most anticipated alternative lifestyle experiences is making its return this winter, but with a major twist.
After taking over three cities in 2025, Jägermeister has announced that Haus of Kühl will return in 2026 as a Johannesburg-exclusive experience, promising a deeper, more immersive celebration of music, culture and community.
Set to take place on 25 July at Victoria Yards in Lorentzville, the event is already generating serious buzz, with organisers revealing that tickets are more than 70% sold out.
One City, Bigger Impact
Last year, Haus of Kühl travelled across multiple cities, building a loyal following through its unique blend of music, art and alternative culture. This year, however, the brand is choosing depth over scale.
Rather than spreading the experience across different locations, organisers have decided to focus all their energy on Johannesburg, creating a more intentional and meaningful event that allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the Haus of Kühl world.

The decision comes after feedback from attendees who valued the quality of the experience more than the number of cities visited.
A New Ticketed Experience
For the first time, Haus of Kühl will operate as a ticketed event, with entry priced at R100.
According to organisers, the move allows them to invest more heavily in production, artist programming and curated experiences throughout the venue. From innovative stage designs and immersive installations to carefully selected performers and community-driven moments, the focus is on creating an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
The result is expected to be the most ambitious edition of Haus of Kühl yet.
Victoria Yards Sets The Stage
The event will be hosted at Victoria Yards, one of Johannesburg’s most celebrated creative spaces. Known for its industrial aesthetic and thriving community of artists, designers and entrepreneurs, the venue perfectly aligns with the creative and unconventional spirit that Haus of Kühl has become known for.
Its unique atmosphere is expected to provide the ideal backdrop for a day dedicated to self-expression, music and culture.
The Scene Feed Take
In an era where bigger often seems better, Haus of Kühl is taking a different approach. By focusing on one city and investing in a more intentional experience, Jägermeister is betting on quality over quantity. If the excitement surrounding this year’s event is anything to go by, Johannesburg is about to host one of the coolest cultural gatherings of the winter season.
